It lacks basic hygiene requirements as there were insects and cockroaches. I had a horrible stay at the hotel.Pathetic room condition,Bad odour in the room.So avoid avoid

Most pathetic hotels i have ever stayed. Privacy in side the room is non-existant , you can hear every sound made around your room. Rooms badly need upgrade . for the price listed in Agoda its a crap.

one of the worst hotel experiences I have had.My recent stay at Hotel Solitaire Express,, The hotel charges high tariffs, but the service quality and basic standards do not justify the price at all.The room hygiene was extremely poor. The bedsheets were not clean, and the towels provided were of inferior quality, worn out, and had a noticeable unpleasant smell. Housekeeping protocols appear to be completely neglected.Staff behaviour was unprofessional and uncooperative. Instead of resolving issues, the staff responded rudely and lacked basic courtesy expected in the hospitality industry. Additionally, the hotel made changes in the advance amount without proper communication, raising concerns about transparency in billing and management practices.The food quality was substandard, lacking freshness, taste, and basic quality control. It clearly does not meet the standards that the hotel claims to offer.- Unclean linen, poor-quality towels, lack of sanitisation- Rude staff behaviour, inadequate guest support- Low-grade food preparation, poor hygiene standards- Billing Transparency Issues: Unexplained modifications in advance payment- Value Mismatch: High pricing with below-average facilitiesOverall, Hotel Solitaire Express, performs far below acceptable hospitality benchmarks. I would strongly advise travellers to consider other options in the city.

I had a mixed experience - lift was not working and hot water line not working, got fixed jst before I could check out.The hotel staff were responding to the situation and supplying in buckets. The TV remote in the room were not working and they had a field time to fix it. Finally gave up as the volume button wasn't working on the TV - but good part is they tried their best.The location of the hotel is a big positive with lot of options for everything.Food - I didn't have, so no comments.Room - I stayed in both standard and premier room. The layout/look of both rooms are same. Cleanliness wise, they can definitely improve upon. The AC is effective.Bathroom- Its neat and clean.Cost - Value for money.

It was the worth experience with this hotel. As per the policy, the rooms are allocated at 2 pm but these people didn’t get the rooms cleaned plus there was no water in the hotel. No one to see things and no one was worries if we were sitting on the receipetion area to ask for the water time. First day they said there is no water thn later at 12.30 in the mid night motor was not working. Horrible condition of all the rooms and we booked 6 rooms in this hotel. Washrooms were not cleaned, there was water flowing from roof. No food services where there is no water one should go and see how they were making food. there was no alternative also they they gave us. It was yukkkk feeling ever. Paying extra is not a problem but paying for such services is a problem. Willnever recommend this place.
