We stayed in the hotel for 1 nite i.e. 9/10/26 around 8 p.m. after our darshan at the holy cave at Bhawan. Upon our check in , we repeatedly asked for drinking water in our room but no one came. In the morning, we asked for masala tea packets, but it was also not there. They were having english b/f and assam tea. when we told the reception man about water in the morning, he was having no answer and they were staring at each other. Hotel staff need improvement. breakfast was good but spicy.
Stay here only if you want to take a risk!! My experience at Sarovar Portico was terrible and disappointing. The AC kept failing every 2–3 hours. We told the staff, but nothing was fixed. A hotel of this caliber should not have such basic room comfort problems. I had expected far better service and upkeep from Sarovar Portico. Truly a letdown!!

Group • Sep 2026The hotel is in a strategic location and well maintained. The staff is friendly , specially Mr. Satveer Singh, the Manager who went out of his way to see to our comfort. The breakfast spread is also more than adequate. Overall a very good stay.
