Very disappointing experience at Velvista Hotel. It claims to be a pure vegetarian hotel, but eggs are served in the buffet, which is misleading. When raised with management, they showed no concern and justified it due to customer demand. Unprofessional staff and poor management. Not recommended for strict vegetarians.
