I booked the hotel room specifically with breakfast included and paid the full amount for the room and breakfast service at the time of booking. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the staff informed me that the hotel does not have a kitchen and therefore they cannot provide breakfast.This is very disappointing because breakfast was clearly included in my booking. I request you to please provide an appropriate solution, such as arranging breakfast at a nearby restaurant or refunding the amount charged for the breakfast service.Please look into this matter and resolve it at the earliest.

Non AC room allotted , no complimentary breakfast given , No water connection in basin , all taps were broken , no hot water , no inside door lock latch , no fan regulator , it was running at high speed , room was not even cleaned , reception staff was arrogant , they were asking us to cancel and go out , location was remote and no rickshaws were available . We had booked through Agoda , but there it was showing as Oyo , so no body was there to receive complaint In future i will never book Agoda in future , worst facility

Do not fall for the photos or high ratings shown on Agoda—this property is completely misleading. I booked a "Deluxe Room" through Agoda, but upon arrival, I discovered that the Deluxe and Classic rooms were identical, poorly maintained, and completely different from what was shown on the Agoda app.The entire stay was a disaster:Misleading Agoda Listing: The actual room condition bears zero resemblance to the clean, polished photos advertised on Agoda.Non-Functional AC & Leaking Water: The air conditioner barely cooled, and whenever it was turned on, dirty water began sprinkling and dripping directly inside the room.Severe Hygiene & Contaminated Water: There was an unbearable foul smell throughout the room. Even worse, the glass water bottle provided by the hotel had visible dust and particles floating inside—a serious health risk.Missing Basic Amenities: The bathroom had no towels, no soap, and no hand wash. The room was dusty, dingy, and extremely poorly lit.Safety Hazards & Broken Fixtures: The main electrical key-card socket by the door was completely broken and dangling off the wall with internal wiring exposed—a severe safety and shock hazard.Defective Appliances: The TV was non-functional, and the ceiling fan had no working regulator, running only at maximum speed.Dead Intercom & Indifferent Reception: The room intercom telephone was not working, forcing me to walk down to reception repeatedly for every issue. Each time I requested a room change or repairs, the receptionist simply brushed it off saying, "aap upar jaiye, main karwata hoon," and did absolutely nothing.Agoda Rating Trap: At checkout, the receptionist blatantly pressured me to leave a 5-star review. It became obvious how this property maintains fake, inflated ratings on Agoda to trap travelers.This was an utter disaster from start to finish. I strongly urge Agoda to inspect and delist this property, and I advise all travelers to avoid booking here.

Don’t book this hotel ac was not working , force us to buy second room for my cousin brother they are not allowing us to stay at same room two girls one boy
