The stay at Treehouse Hotel Club & Spa was average but the property is not well maintained. Rooms have very limited lighting. The badminton court and indoor gaming area feel suffocating. The library is neglected and the swimming pool was dirty with mud and mosquitoes. Room prices are reasonable but the food menu is expensive. The resort needs better maintenance overall.

Absolutely Disappointing Experience ’ Think 10 Times Before BookingThis place charges like Taj Vivanta but delivers an experience worse than a roadside budget stay. From infrastructure to basic amenities, everything screams neglect and mismanagement.The property desperately needs a complete makeover especially essentials like the lifts, which are outdated and poorly maintained.The food was shockingly bad, poorly cooked, tasteless, and honestly something even a 4 year old could prepare better.Service was practically non existent. Even for small and simple requests, the staff shows zero coordination and minimal intent to help. It feels like customer satisfaction is the last thing on their priority list.Sports equipment like badminton rackets and squash gear were faulty and unusable. Clearly no maintenance has been done for ages. And the biggest shock was the swimming pool, which was confirmed to be in mint condition at the time of booking, but was conveniently under maintenance upon arrival.This is nothing short of misleading guests.Strongly advise future guests to reconsider and think multiple times before booking. The pricing is premium, but the experience is painfully substandard.Would not recommend at all.

Our destination wedding at Treehouse Resort was truly a dream come true. From the very beginning, everything was handled with so much care, warmth, and professionalism that it made our wedding experience completely stress-free and unforgettable. We stayed at Nest (separate review), spent the evening at their bar and concluded at the restaurant. The alcohol menu is reasonable in available selection and price. The starters were expensive, barely acceptable in quality and portion sizes were tiny for the price. Dinner was a little better in quality, portions and price.Nevertheless the staff were lovely; friendly, cooperative and effective, and we had a great time.Both properties (the F&B here, and rooms in Nest alongside) appear to be run in an ad-hoc manner and require professional management, regular external auditing plus frequent, monitored MOD audits.
