The rooms and general atmosphere are pleasant. The TV was out of order, and the intercom wasn't working either; they didn't fix it even after three days. There are no channels since they haven't paid for the subscription. Booking online is cheaper than booking on-site. The hotel is quite far from Ram Mandir, and you have to pay Rs. 100 each way for a rickshaw or auto ride.

My stay at Tulsi Bhawan was fantastic. The rooms were tidy, roomy, and well kept. The staff were courteous, supportive, and eager to help. The meals were fresh, tasty, and presented thoughtfully. Being close to the Ram Mandir makes it very convenient for guests. In general, Tulsi Bhawan provides great hospitality, comfort, and good value. I strongly suggest it for families, pilgrims, and anyone traveling to Ayodhya.

We spent two nights at Tulsi Bhawan. It's a very nice hotel with well-kept property and clean rooms. Considering the price, it's the best hotel close to Hanumangarhi and Ram Janm Bhoomi temple. The hotel also offers an AC dormitory for drivers, which is a great feature.

Disappointing Stay Experience

मेरा अनुभव यहां बहुत निराशाजनक रहा। स्टाफ मेहमानों की शिकायतों और जरूरतों पर बिल्कुल ध्यान नहीं देता। नाश्ते की व्यवस्था बहुत कमजोर है और जो कुछ भी मिलता है उसकी गुणवत्ता भी अच्छी नहीं है। रूम सर्विस लगभग नहीं है, बाथरूम की सफाई नियमित नहीं होती और पूरे परिसर में स्वच्छता का स्तर काफी खराब है। यहां तक कि साधारण चाय भी आसानी से उपलब्ध नहीं होती। सुरक्षा व्यवस्था पर भी सवाल उठते हैं क्योंकि सामान चोरी होने की शिकायतें मिलीं। स्लाइडिंग गेट की हालत भी बहुत खराब है, जिससे लोगों के फिसलने का खतरा रहता है। इसके अलावा, होटल में होने वाली भजन संध्या की वजह से शांति और आराम की उम्मीद रखने वाले मेहमानों को परेशानी हो सकती है। मेरी सलाह है कि ठहरने के लिए कोई और विकल्प चुनें क्योंकि यह जगह बुनियादी सुविधाओं, स्वच्छता और अतिथि सेवा में उम्मीदों पर खरी नहीं उतरती।
