The entire staff was very helpful and cooperative. I'm really happy to have stayed at the hotel. It was an excellent experience. I will definitely come back next time too.

The service was excellent, but the breakfast and dinner options were limited and repeated daily. I was not happy with the food as it seemed like they reused it.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and paid a total of ’27,000. While the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, my overall experience was severely affected by the hotel's food quality and hygiene standards.During my stay, I found a large insect in my food, which was shocking and completely unacceptable. For a hotel charging premium rates, such a serious hygiene issue should never occur. This incident raises major concerns about the cleanliness of the kitchen, food preparation process, and overall quality control.Paying ’27,000 and then finding an insect in a meal is extremely disappointing. No guest should have to experience something like this. It was not just unpleasant’it was disturbing and made me question the hotel's commitment to basic food safety.Good rooms alone cannot make up for poor hygiene when it comes to food. Had I known the food standards were this poor, I would have chosen a much cheaper hotel and eaten elsewhere. The management must take immediate action to improve cleanliness, food handling, and quality checks.Unfortunately, because of this incident, I cannot recommend this hotel. The room is very bad, the property is old, the food quality is poor, and the bathroom is very dirty.
