Up And Above

We stayed here for 6 nights . The hotel perhaps is not used to having a fully booked place. The staff was rude and instead of helping out would only show the rule book for every little thing.There was a State tournament hence the hotel was booked for families with parents and children. The administration was extremely poor given the event and the type of guests and their needs. The staff took more interest in refusing services and cmshowing charges than being helpful given that there were kids.The online bookings were a complete mess. Across all the platforms what they claim as a suite room was not a suite at all but a room slightly larger than the normal ones,the bathroom fittings were all rusty and not working well So inspite of booking the top end room we had limitless issues.. right outside the suite room was perhaps the chimney of the restaurant so we got limitless smell of food! Not really great! There were more problems with their online bookings like whether breakfast is included not included and so on.Basically we realised that for everything to happen all the guests had to enter an argument and then finally it would get resolved.The front desk staff would watch mobile phones through the night on loud volumes that would disturb us we finally had to tell them. Basic etiquette’s of running a hotel were totally missing and perhaps they need to be trained well. A lot of improvement is essential as they are absolute amateurs.The property is decent the rooms are ok if you get a room that has everything working.The staff needs extensive training . There were a few good souls like *** from the team trying to make up for the inefficacy and incompetence of his colleagues. Or *** who would always end up doing damage control and help.But others were clueless.

We held a conference in the seminar hall on the 6th floor and stayed overnight for about 10 hours. The entrance from the ground floor mall has a watchman who directs you to appropriate parking; our driver chose to sleep in the car despite an offer to arrange a bed nearby. There were two lifts available during busy times and one during quieter periods. The reception on the first floor is a bit hard to find, but arrows help guide you. The room was roomy and included basic amenities like an oral health kit, two pairs of soft slippers, and a shaving kit. The food was very good. They provided a laptop and a couple of microphones for our presentation. The staff were polite and courteous. With fewer guests around, we chose made-to-order breakfast instead of the buffet, and the breakfast was also good. The check-in and check-out went smoothly.

I recently went to Up & Above and had a fantastic time. The atmosphere is truly impressive, making it an ideal place to spend time with friends and family. The staff were courteous, the service was fast, and the food was excellent. I strongly suggest it to anyone seeking delicious food and a lively environment.

The overall stay was pleasant, the food was average, but the location is excellent and the atmosphere is exceptional.

Service was poor, with a long wait even after booking a table. Also, items like the finger bowl and others were not provided to us for free.
