I paid approximately 2000 for a deluxe room with a sofa, but the experience was disappointing. The room was extremely small, the TV was not recharged, and even after requesting, only a few channels were activated. Basic toiletries were not provided unless specifically asked for, and the washroom was congested with no foot mat. The photos shown on the app are misleading compared to the actual facilities.For the same price range (1300–1500), other hotels offer far better rooms that are spacious, include complimentary breakfast or dinner, and provide superior amenities. In contrast, Mount Himalayan Hotel fell short in almost every aspect.Additionally, the front office staff spoke rudely when I requested toiletries, which added to the disappointment. Overall, I would not recommend booking this property based solely on the photos, as the facilities do not justify the cost.
Stayed with family & everyone has enjoyed the stay ,all Staffs here are very humble & caring nature, location is little bit far from the main market( taxies easily available), but this hotel is having amazing view from the Hotel room. Food is very delicious.So if your planning for gangtok with family go for it , Have stayed in this hotel chain at Lachung & Darjeeling also in the same trip & had similar kind of experience everywhere.Kudos to Mount Hotel team , thanks for amazing experience & making our trip memorable...!!!

Arpana at reception was very polite and prompt to provide all the requirements.It was my birthday and staff made it special by decorating room with flowers and balloons n cake. Of course thanks to my hubby.All over a memorable stay.
