My stay at Veda5 Goa was truly outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I felt at ease and was impressed by the cleanliness and beauty of the property. I loved every part of my retreat: Yoga: Beginning my day with morning yoga was wonderful! The instructor is excellent at what he does, and I really valued his enthusiasm for teaching and supporting students during class. He was kind, patient, and respectful. I'm very thankful to have experienced his expert guidance and personal attention to help improve my practice. Treatments: It was my first time trying Panchakarma treatments, and I felt well cared for. Both doctors were kind and attentive, sharing lots of information about my health and body. The massages were my favorite! The therapists are very skilled and did fantastic work. I had the pleasure of receiving massages from both therapists, and they were both excellent. I especially value Anamika's expertise, which helped me reach deep relaxation, and her attentive listening that helped me release a lot of stress. I also tried naturopathic treatments like acupuncture with Dr. Sharon, which were wonderful. I truly appreciate her care and attentiveness. Food: The meals were delicious and healthy! Big thanks to the chefs for preparing such tasty dishes. I appreciated their attention to my special dietary requests and enjoyed every meal during my stay. The wait staff was also very friendly and provided excellent service. Overall, this was the best experience for me. The staff was fantastic, and I received everything I needed and more. I highly recommend Veda5 Goa if you want to rejuvenate and reset in a beautiful, peaceful, and loving setting.

In 2023, we stayed at Veda 5 Kerala and it left a lasting impression as a wonderful experience. The yoga sessions, massages, cuisine, and hospitality were excellent.

Vedaa5 is a lovely place, well kept, with spacious and very comfortable rooms. It truly feels like a home away from home. I enjoyed the delicious saatvik meals, which were a great selection and full of flavor. I never thought food without onion and garlic could taste so good. The daily routine of yoga, pranayama, massage, meditation, and other activities keeps you fully engaged. The tranquility and calmness of the place are enchanting and very soothing for the nerves, providing a refreshing break from city life. I adore this place and am eager to visit every year. I loved my stay at Veda5 Wellness Retreat & Spa and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a rejuvenating experience in Goa. The property is peaceful and beautiful, the food is delicious, and everyone working there was incredibly kind and welcoming.Overall, I felt genuinely taken care of throughout my stay.Some of my favorite parts were:Morning yoga ’ starting the day overlooking the pond, palm trees and coconut trees, while receiving helpful alignment guidance from the instructor was a grounding way to begin each morning.Ayurvedic treatments ’ I did a series of treatments with Anamika (apologies if I spelled her name incorrectly), and she was exceptionally skilled, professional, and calming.Afternoon pranayama classes ’ these were deeply relaxing and helped me slow down mentally and physically.The food ’ healthy, nourishing, and genuinely delicious.The rooms ’ spacious, cute, thoughtfully designed, and paired with gorgeous views.The staff ’ interactions felt warm, caring, and helpful.Thank you to everyone at Veda5 for such a lovely stay.
