As a traveler, this was among the most disappointing experiences I've had in Kerala. Only come here if you want a view; if you expect good service, definitely avoid it! The place feels strange. Service rates a 1/10, manners even worse at -1/10. Avoid the spa at all costs. Overall, a very bad experience.

A memorable moment for me was when he wanted to give me a freshly prepared hot appam, despite having already brought me four.
