I was a lone traveler. I reached here very early in the morning as my train got late by 7 hours.. I was surprised to see they're waiting for me as I had reservation. Room was good and pleasant. I had a cozy and warm sleep during my short stay here.

Maintenance was very bad. The AC was not functioning. Despite multiple complaints, it remained broken. The AC technician even asked me to bring a chair and turn on the light, showing he didn't understand the purpose of the room's light.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience this time was quite disappointing compared to my previous stay in 2021.To begin with, the rooms were good’neat and clean’which is one of the few positives I can highlight. However, the service from the support staff was poor and inconsistent throughout our stay.The breakfast experience was particularly frustrating. On the first day, the breakfast was quite pathetic, with a very limited spread consisting only of vada, bread, cornflakes, and tea. On the second day, although the food quality improved, the service was extremely delayed. I called reception at 8:00 AM to request breakfast and was told it would be served in the room. When I followed up at 8:30 AM, they took the order again, but the breakfast only arrived around 9:45 AM’by which time we were already preparing to check out.Another disappointing aspect was the EV charging facility. On the first day, the hotel did not allow charging at all. The next day, the manager initially asked for ’750 plus tax, and later reduced it to ’500 plus tax for around 20 units of electricity, even though my car already had over 50% charge. This felt unreasonable and poorly handled.The hotel’s location is very close to Madgaon railway station, which might be convenient for travel, but it comes with a downside’constant train noise and honking throughout the night, which disturbs sleep.Lastly, the lack of basic service support was evident at checkout. When we informed reception that we were leaving, no one came to assist with the luggage. We were told we had to explicitly request help, and even after that, no assistance was provided. I had to carry all the luggage myself from the room to the car.Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Despite having stayed here before, this visit did not meet even basic expectations. I would not recommend this hotel based on my recent stay.
