Here’s how you can do it:
Step 1: Open the ixigo App or Website
Start by opening your app or visiting the website. Here log in to your account using the same email ID or phone number you’ve used to make the hotel booking. Once you have logged in, go to the ‘bookings’ section to check all your past and upcoming hotel reservations.
Step 2: Select the Booking You Want to Cancel
Tap on the hotel booking you wish to cancel. Here you will find all the booking details along with payment summary and refund policy. Before you cancel, make sure you’ve reviewed the cancellation policy as mentioned in your booking. Different hotels have different cancellation policies. While some offer free cancellation within a time window, there are few that charge a fee if you cancel.
