- This offer is made by SNV Aviation Private Limited (âAkasa Airâ), to the customers booking Akasa Air flights from August 07, 2024, up to 23:59 hours on August 10, 2024, (âOffer Periodâ).
- Akasa Air offers a discount of up to 20% on the basic fare for flight bookings on the domestic and international sector during the Offer Period (âOfferâ).
- The Offer is not valid for bookings made during certain periods during the Offer Period for travel (âBlackout Periodâ) from:
- October 2, 2024, up to 23:59 hours on October 2, 2024
- October 10, 2024, up to 23:59 hours on October 11, 2024
- October 29, 2024, up to 23:59 hours on October 31, 2024
- November 3, 2024, up to 23:59 hours on November 5, 2024
- December 20, 2024, up to 23:59 hours on December 21, 2024
- December 25, 2024, up to 23:59 hours on December 25, 2024
- December 28, 2024, up to 23:59 hours on December 30, 2024
- January 1, 2025, up to 23:59 hours on January 2, 2025
- The Offer is valid only on Akasa Air âSaverâ fares and âFlexiâ fares.
- The bookings must be made at least 7 (Seven) days prior to the date of departure.
- This Offer is only for passenger type âAdultâ and âChildâ. It is clarified that this Offer shall not be applicable to special fare categories including but not limited to armed forces, medical professionals, students, and senior citizens.
- Limited inventory is available under the Offer and therefore the Offer will be provided to customers subject to availability and at the sole discretion of Akasa Air.
- The Offer is not applicable on any other charges, including but not limited to meal charges, excess baggage charges, airport/other charges, and Government taxes.
- The Offer is valid only on non-stop/through flights on various sectors across Akasa Airâs network.
- This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer, scheme, or promotion.
- This Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-encashable.
- Change in itinerary can be made by paying the applicable change fee and fare difference.
- The Offer is not valid on Akasa Airâs group bookings.
- All Akasa Air flight bookings made under this Offer shall be subject to Akasa Airâs conditions of carriage available at www.akasaair.com.
- The Offer is being made purely on a âbest effortsâ basis and is subject to force majeure conditions. Akasa Air reserves the right to terminate or modify this Offer at any time, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.
- Akasa Airâs decision with respect to the transactions under the Offer, shall be final and binding on all participating customers.
- By making an Akasa Air flight booking during the Offer Period under the Offer, the customer:
- Unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions; and
- Consents that all information provided by the customer may be shared by Akasa Air with its agents, representatives, service providers, employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to Akasa Air to the customer, in future.
- This Offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India, and all matters related to this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
