Terms & Conditions

- The customer should be logged into their ixigo account to avail the offer.
- This offer is valid on domestic flight bookings.
- The discount will be calculated on the booking amount (excluding convenience fee and any ancillaries purchased, e.g., insurance).
- Customer has to apply the coupon code at the time of booking to avail this offer.
- The maximum discount that can be availed is ₹1,000 per booking.
- The offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
- In case of partial/full cancellation, the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for the discount.
- If the customer cancels the flight after the discount amount is availed, ixigo will deduct the discount amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall apply.
- If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.
- ixigo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure events.
- In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, ixigo reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
- In no event shall the entire liability of ixigo under this offer exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer.
- ixigo shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
- User Agreement and Privacy Policy at the ixigo website shall apply.
- Customers who are Travel Agents by occupation are barred from making bookings for their customers, and ixigo reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel such bookings. For such cases, ixigo shall not refund the booking amount.
- This offer is non-cashable, not extendable and non-negotiable.
- The Program/Offer is not available wherever prohibited and/or on merchandise/products/services for which such programs cannot be offered.
- ixigo reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to add/alter/modify/change or vary these terms and conditions or to replace this offer or withdraw it altogether.
