- This offer is valid only on payments made using Kotak Retail Credit Card EMI.
- No Cost EMI is available only on the 3-month EMI tenure under this offer.
- The offer is valid only on selected Kotak Retail Credit Card EMI BINs as decided by the Bank.
- The offer is valid once per card per category per month during the offer period.
- The offer is not valid on Kotak Bank Net Banking, Kotak Credit Card full swipe, or Kotak Debit Card payments.

- ixigo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure events.

- In no event shall the total liability of ixigo under this offer exceed the promotional discount amount.
- ixigo shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this offer.
- The User Agreement and Privacy Policy on the ixigo website shall apply to all customers availing this offer.
- Customers who are travel agents by occupation are not permitted to make bookings for their customers under this offer. ixigo reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel such bookings without refund.
