• Instant discount offer will be eligible only after the promotion code has been successfully entered before making the payment.
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offers of ixigo.
• Customer can use this code once per month.
• In case of no show, no refund would be applicable.
• In case of full/partial cancellation the offer stands void and the customer will not be eligible for the discount.
• In cases of cancellation, the amount shall be credited after the applicable deductions of cancellation, penalty charges, instant discounts, if any.
• If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, the customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.
• For any card related claims, the customer shall approach the Bank and ixigo shall not entertain any such claims.

• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.

• Customer’s, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and ixigo reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, ixigo shall not refund the booking amount.
