Railways Announces Partial and Full Cancellation of Several Trains

The Indian Railways has decided to cancel and partially cancel several train services due to the ongoing maintenance work.

Passengers planning to travel via the national transporter in the coming days are advised to make note of the affected train schedules.

Here are the details:

> Due to non-interlocking work at the Hijli Station of Kharagpur Division for four days, the following trains have been cancelled –

Train no. 18007 Shalimar – Bhanjpur Intercity Express will remain cancelled on 31st January, 1st and 2nd February.

Train no. 18008 Bhanjpur – Shalimar Intercity Express will remain cancelled on 1st and 3rd February. 

Train no. 12245 Howrah – Yesvantpur Duronto Express will remain cancelled on 1st and 5th February.

Train no. 12246 Yesvantpur – Howrah Duronto Express will remain cancelled on 31st January and 3rd February.

The following trains have been partially cancelled due to this work –

Train no. 12703 Howrah – Secunderabad Falaknuma Express is partially cancelled between Howrah and Bhubaneswar on 1st, 2nd and 4th February. 

Train no. 12704 Secunderabad – Howrah Falaknuma Express is partially cancelled between Bhubaneswar and Howrah on 31st January, 1st and 3rd February.

These trains were earlier cancelled but now will short originate and short terminate from Bhubaneswar.

> Due to a traffic block for the track renewal work, the South Central Railway has announced the partial cancellation of the following trains on 31st January, 2nd, 5th and 7th February

Train no. 17688 Dharmabad – Manmad Marathwada Express will remain partially cancelled between Aurangabad and Manmad.

Train no. 17687 Manmad – Dharmabad Marathwada Express will remain partially cancelled between Manmad and Aurangabad.
