Railways Launches Exam Specials, Restores Multiple Trains

Various zones of the Indian Railways announced launching of new trains and restoration of multiple other trains. Scroll down for further details.

New Trains

> The South Eastern Railway will be running a pair of exam special trains between Hatia and Secunderabad. 

Train no. 08045 will depart from Hatia on 12th June at 11:55 PM, and reach Secunderabad on 14th June at 11:30 AM. Train no. 08046 will depart from Secunderabad on 15th June at 7:30 PM, and reach Hatia on 17th June at 6 AM. This train has been announced to aid the candidates for the RRB (Railway Recruitment Board) exam. 

> The East Central Railway has also launched two trains for RRB exam candidates between Howrah and Patna. 

Train no. 03023 Howrah–Patna Exam Special will depart from Howrah at 1:50 PM on 10th, 13th and 17th June, and arrive at its destination the same day at 11:25 PM. Train no. 03024 will depart from Patna at 3 PM on 11th, 14th and 18th June, and reach Howrah the next day at 12:30 AM. 

> The North Central Railway will be commencing two exam special trains as well.

> The North Western Railway launched a pair of trains between Bathinda and Sirsa:

  • Train no. 04783 Bathinda–Sirsa Special
  • Train no. 04784 Sirsa–Bathinda Special 

Restoration of Trains

> The North Western Railway has restored the following trains between Anupgarh and Bathinda:

  • Train no. 04771 Bathinda–Anupgarh Special
  • Train no. 04772 Anupgarh–Bathinda Special

> The South Central Railway tweeted that four trains will be restored, following the yard remodelling work at Toranagallu railway station.
