Indian Railways is planning to introduce 200 new railway lines across the country.
Mr. Rajen Gohain, the Minister of State for Railways said that the proposal is waiting for clearances from State government and central ministries for acquisition of land, statutory clearances like forestry and wildlife; and shifting of utilities.
