Railways to start many festival special trains!

For the convenience of train passengers, the Indian Railways has announced many new festival special trains along with some trains which will resume operations soon.

Today, we bring you some important updates regarding the latest train services so that you can easily plan your journey.

> Keeping the demand of the passengers in view, it has been decided to run festival special trains between Howrah–Puri–Howrah with effect from  9th October to 6th November from Howrah and with effect from. 10th October to 11th November from Puri. 


Train no. 08179 Howrah–Puri Special will leave Howrah every Saturday at 08:35 pm and will reach Puri at 6:45 am the next day. In the return direction, train no. 08180 Puri–Howrah Special will depart from Puri every Sunday at 07:35 pm and will reach Howrah at 3:35 am the next day.


> Train no. 08185 Hatia–Durg Special will leave Hatia every Tuesday and Thursday at 08:05 pm and arrive in Durg at 06:45 am the next day. In the return direction, train no. 08186 Durg–Hatia Special will depart from Durg every Wednesday and Friday at 07:35 pm and arrive in Hatia at 6:45 am the next day. 

These trains will have one AC 3-Tier, six sleeper class, and five general second class coaches.

> Train no. 02101 Lokmanya Tilak–Shalimar Special has been extended till 29th March, 2022 whereas train no. 02102 Shalimar–Lokmanya Tilak Special has been extended till 31st March, 2022.

> For the convenience of travellers, train no. 09327
Ratlam–Udaipur City daily special has been extended since 2nd October and will continue until further notice. Train no. 09328 Udaipur City–Ratlam Daily Special Train has been extended since 3rd October and will continue until further notice.

The Railways has also decided to extend the operation period of three pairs of festival special trains for the convenience of passengers.
