In the last 4 years, Railways have introduced several new trains like Humsafar Express, Gatimaan Express, Tejas Express, etc. The introduction of these trains has made the railway stations a little more congested.

To ensure smooth movement of trains, Railways has decided to change the terminals of 23 important trains. This move will help shorten the delays at these stations and help reduce congestion.
Note: A “terminal” or “terminus” is a station at the end of train’s journey.
Terminals of 12 trains have been changed in Northern Railway, 5 in North Central Railway, 4 trains have now new terminals in South Central Railway and 1 in East Central Railway and North Western Railway, respectively.
