According to the Embassy of the Philippines in New Delhi, two new visa-free categories have been announced, offering Indian passport holders the chance to explore the archipelago without the hassle of a visa—provided they meet certain conditions.

- 14-Day Visa-Free Entry (For Indian Tourists)
Planning a quick beach escape or an island-hopping adventure? Indian citizens can now visit the Philippines for up to 14 days visa-free, strictly for tourism purposes. This visa exemption is non-extendable and non-convertible, so it’s perfect for short vacations.
To qualify, travellers must:
- Hold a passport valid for at least six months beyond the date of arrival.
- Have proof of accommodation (like hotel bookings).
- Show evidence of sufficient funds (bank statements or employment proof).
- Possess a confirmed return flight ticket.
- Have no adverse immigration history in the Philippines.
- 30-Day Visa-Free Entry (For Indian Passport Holders with Valid Third-Country Visas)
For Indian nationals who hold a valid visa or permanent residence from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Japan, Singapore, or any Schengen country, the Philippines now allows a visa-free stay of up to 30 days.
This longer visa-free period is especially beneficial for Indians who reside abroad or travel frequently to these countries. The entry requirements remain the same as the 14-day category.
