Aayana valley resort location little far from city but nice location, staff service good, limited break fast,buffet lunch & dinner at restaurant but food taste is good.Internet wifi is big problem, no intercom facility and management should take it high priority.

As we reached Aayana valley , and requested for the check in... They demanded more money saying that the amount booked with Agoda is just for the basic stay and if we need an extra AC upgrade , additional amount of 1500 needs to be paid for AC. This was done with every customer booked and visited the resort. The rooms were not as seen in the pics , they look way more simple and small than the pictures. Resort is not maintained well. Not value for money.. Food was good ... Staffs take care of everyone for ratings and to compensate for the other stuffs ..

Worst Stay Ever

We are not able give zero start option…Very bad place… full of cockroaches and other insects.Very irresponsible manager and not even asked what is problem.We booked for 2days but vacated in a day…Don’t believe pictures uploaded by restaurant.
