Our stay at Samarya Hotel was wonderful. The hotel was tidy, quiet, and offered stunning views. The staff truly enhanced our experience. Vinay was very supportive during our visit and consistently ensured our comfort. A big thank you to Vimal as well. He recommended some fantastic hidden gems nearby that we might not have discovered ourselves, and he assisted us in extending our stay smoothly while making sure we were at ease. The entire team was warm and hospitable, making us feel right at home. I would definitely suggest Samarya Hotel to anyone visiting the area. We can't wait to return!

The infrastructure is beautiful and the location is close to the city. However, there are several issues: 1. There are no basic service standards. 2. I was surprised to find my room not properly cleaned, with a cigar butt and trash left behind, plus spiders and ants present. 3. Management does not control guests playing loud music in common areas. Additionally, no one answers phone calls until 7 AM. 4. The power went out in the building where my room was, resulting in no water or hot water. When I asked staff, they told me to get water from a dispenser far from the room, which did not provide hot water due to the power outage. Apologies repeated multiple times without fixing these problems do not erase the bad experience. I paid 4500/- for these issues. Regarding your response on July 21, 2026: 1. I did not negotiate the rate before or after check-in. 2. I never requested complimentary services. 3. Please verify the power cut with your CCTV cameras. 4. I am a non-smoker. 5. I personally went to the water dispenser after your staff told me to. It seems your team may have misrepresented my feedback. My intention is to give genuine feedback to help improve your service since your hotel is new.
