I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent hospitality during my stay. The management, catering, and room service teams were all courteous and supportive, which made my experience truly enjoyable.I would also like to share a few suggestions for improvement:1. During power outages, it would be helpful if the backup system could be activated more promptly. On a few occasions, it took approximately 15–30 minutes for power restoration, which was challenging, especially while traveling with a toddler.2. A slight revision of food pricing could be considered. Additionally, I observed that the breakfast on Day 1 was quite limited, whereas on Day 2 it was offered as a buffet. Maintaining consistency in breakfast offerings would enhance the overall experience.3. At the time of check-in, I was informed that a bonfire would be arranged that evening. However, when I checked later at night on Day 1, it was not available. Clear communication and consistency in such arrangements would be appreciated.Overall, I had a pleasant stay and look forward to visiting again.

This resort is present in a very narrow lane from main road, most of the facilities provided in room looks ancient starting from fan to AC and bathroom. Outdoor facilities are limited. On the positive side pool is the only hope for refreshments and decent food.My advice to management would be given that you have limited area for resort pls maintain rooms very well.
