Stayed here recently and overall it was a decent, nature-filled experience. The resort is surrounded by lush greenery and coffee plantations, which makes it very peaceful and relaxing.What I liked:’Beautiful location with a calm, scenic atmosphere’Spacious villas with good privacy (private pool/jacuzzi villas are a plus)’Friendly and polite staff’Suitable for families and nature loversWhat can be improved:’Pricing is on the higher side compared to the services and overall experience provided’Food quality and menu variety were inconsistent’Some rooms felt outdated for the price charged’Service response time can be slow at times’Maintenance of private pools and common areas needs improvementOverall:A nice place to relax amidst nature, but expectations should be managed considering the pricing. With better service quality, food consistency, and maintenance, the resort would offer better value for money.

The property itself is truly beautiful and very well located. The ambience, architecture, and overall feel of the place reflect why it is positioned as a luxury stay. However, for the name and pricing the property carries, there are some basic areas that need serious attention.One major inconvenience we faced was with the wash basins. They were clogged, making it very uncomfortable even for basic use like brushing or washing the mouth, as the water would not drain properly.The lawn area, though spacious and potentially lovely, was not well maintained. We noticed dirt, paper waste, cigarette butts, screws, and other litter scattered around, which took away from the otherwise pleasant surroundings.Food was average. While the starters were decent, the gravies lacked distinction’both chicken and fish seemed to have the same masala base, which was disappointing given the expectations from a luxury property.The most concerning issue was during breakfast when we found a baby cockroach on a ’sterilized’ plate. This was shown to one of the staff members, but the matter was not addressed proactively, which was quite unsettling.For the amount charged and the luxury positioning of the hotel, these basic comfort, hygiene, and maintenance aspects should not be overlooked. With better attention to cleanliness, food quality, and upkeep, this place has the potential to truly live up to its name.

Siri Nature Roost in Chikkamagaluru is a refreshing stop for travelers who want to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Western Ghats along with a good cup of coffee. Located along the highway, this place is easy to access and has become a popular halt for tourists visiting nearby attractions. The surroundings are green and peaceful, creating a pleasant atmosphere to unwind after a long drive.One of the main highlights here is the coffee. The filter coffee served is aromatic, strong, and truly reflects the authentic Chikkamagaluru coffee flavor. It feels fresh and energizing, especially in the cool hill-station climate. Along with coffee, they offer a few snacks and light food options that are suitable for a quick break. Seating arrangements include both indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing visitors to enjoy the natural surroundings.The place is also known for its unique artistic structure and open area, which attracts many visitors for photography. It is family-friendly and suitable for groups as well. During peak tourist seasons, it can get crowded, and service may be a little slow at times, but the overall experience remains enjoyable.Overall, Siri Nature Roost is a nice spot to pause, relax, take photos, and enjoy a flavorful cup of coffee while exploring Chikkamagaluru. It is worth stopping by if you are on a road trip through the region.

During our recent visit to this resort in Chikamagalore, which was accompanied by five families, we were disappointed by the pathetic coffee and the limited dining options available. Given the region's reputation for exceptional coffee and Malanad cuisine, we were surprised by the lack of variety and the absence of local specialties on the menu. Furthermore, the resort's policy of not allowing outside food was restrictive, and we felt that the inclusion of local Malanad cuisine would have greatly enhanced our dining experience.We were pleased with the rooms and ambiance, which showcased the resort's potential. However, we believe that improvements to the cafeteria and dining options would elevate the overall experience and enable the resort to compete with other esteemed establishments in Chikmagalur and Coorg.

We as a family we travel on diwali, this was the resort we booked for this year . We had booked for 3 nights and 4 days. The property is in middle of the nature no doubt, but they have limited staff and the rooms are very far from the restaurant, if you want to relax and have food in the room, they won't provide it . There is no room service. W had been there as a family trip, they had very limited indoor activities which when it rains .. its flooded in water, so definitely your kids will get bored. They didn't have camp fire not even one day , as it was diwali .. there was no single lamp or celebration inside the resort . This made us feel bad as the whole town was lit in lights and celebration, but this resort didn't even celebrate . We travelled every year during Diwali for past 10 years , each resort celebrates Diwali, but this was the first resort which didn't celebrate and there are no staff around at night.. it's literally very scary at nights as they don't have lights everywhere. So it's a big no for a family to spend more than a night here . Not worth of money .
