Although there was an issue with our original room, they proactively arranged a fantastic alternative stay instead of simply canceling our reservation, and even allowed us to split our stay so we could still experience both locations!Beyond their great problem-solving, the location of the homestays is absolute perfection—surrounded by breathtaking scenery that makes the journey completely worthwhile.
