A wonderful place for family with good ambiance and service, close to market place and affordable.
While the receptionist and the helper were polite and supportive, the overall facilities were disappointing, especially the breakfast arrangement.The hotel provides breakfast through coupons, which requires guests to step outside the property. This was quite inconvenient and not a pleasant experience. At the external location, the staff’s behavior was unwelcoming, and we felt uncomfortable presenting the coupon, almost as if we were being judged for it.Additionally, during check-in, the receptionist initially recorded 5 adults. I corrected him honestly, mentioning that we were 4 adults and 1 child. He then modified it to 4 adults and informed us that breakfast for the child would be charged separately. This approach felt unreasonable and poorly handled.They also mentioned us while booking that there is parking available. However,when we reached they asked us to park on the road anywhere and wherever space is available on the road. No safe at all
Room was not as clean as expected for the amount paid. Washroom was decent enough, but towels were dirty. Not worth the price
