Overall, the rooms are nice and well-maintained. However, I didn't appreciate that the maintenance staff rang the bell at 10am to ask us to check out by 11am. It would be better if they called instead. Also, the 11am checkout is too early; a 12pm checkout would offer more flexibility. Because of this strict morning checkout time, we couldn't go anywhere.

I reserved several rooms at this place for our visitors. We had a truly delightful experience at this homestay. The room was excellent—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and inviting. The best part was the spacious rooms and the peaceful environment. I strongly suggest it to anyone seeking an ideal retreat in Mangalore.

Beware of a scam! The service was very impolite. At checkout, they accused us of breaking a liquid dispenser and asked for an outrageous 450, even though it was already broken before we used it. The item is actually worth much less. We tried to pay a fair amount or replace it to be cooperative, but the staff was very rude and demanded full payment in cash. No customer service at all and totally unreasonable conduct. Stay away from this hotel!
