The washroom drain was clogged ..there was nothing on top of water outlet still water was not passing .. had to stand in dirty water to take bath.. ..not worth for money
I stayed at Heraa International for One night and Hotel was good and well located and view from balcony was also great...Facilities were good also but they didn't allow any visitors when I asked them they denied at reception and I asked for early check in they charged me 1000 rupees but I didn't took it later I wanted to extend my stay upto 6 hours then also same charge 1000 rupees extra...and I think that's little more than reasonable charges
Pictures posted on site were different than actuals, room was smaller than claimed, beds were old and not in good shape, should improve on overall maintanance.Tea/coffee was good but other restaurant facilities were not available, not even small pantry was available for instant tea/coffee. The hotel room had a certain musty smell to it, more prominent in the bathroom. Other things like the ac, lights and TV worked fine and staff were good to us.
