Like the name suggests, blossom is everywhere. Property is situated beyond noise pollution of main city yet it is easy to access by drive/ride. Resort hosts everything a guest needs i.e views, good restaurant, pool, play area for kids, fire camp, wellness spa. When it comes to room, we stayed in rooftop option which is really specious and has all the basic amenities. Sufficient for a family stay. Staff is professional and they know how to treat the guests with respect. If anyone is looking for an escape this is the ideal stay!

The resort is in a beautiful location, with a spacious property and pretty much everything you would expect from a place meant to help you relax. The food was also good.However, unfortunately, my two-day stay did not live up to expectations.We were travelling as a family of two and had booked two rooms. Since the property has rooms across different levels, I expected the staff to place us in rooms close to each other. Instead, we were given two rooms quite far apart, even though it seemed like arranging rooms on the same floor or nearby should have been possible. For a family travelling together, this was inconvenient.Another major issue is the lack of cellular network at the property. In such a location, reliable Wi-Fi becomes essential, and the resort should ensure that it is available throughout the property. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was not working in one of our rooms. The landlines were also apparently not working due to heavy rain, which meant that every time we had a query or needed assistance, we had to physically walk to the reception. Given the circumstances, having at least one reliable means of communication in the rooms would have made a big difference.But beyond these practical issues, what I felt was missing the most was the warmth and positive energy you normally associate with hospitality. When you travel to a resort, you expect to see welcoming and smiling faces and feel that the staff are happy to have you there. During our stay, somehow that warmth was missing. Most of the staff appeared stressed or preoccupied, which affected the overall experience.Overall, the location and property have a lot going for them, and the food was good. But better room allocation, reliable Wi-Fi, basic in-room communication, and—most importantly—a warmer approach to hospitality would make the experience much better.
