Poor service, bad food, and lack of safety.

A must-try place, very close to the temple, and I highly recommend it. The place is tidy and clean.

If it were possible, I would give a rating of 10 out of 5. The entire experience was smooth and hassle-free, and the rooms and washrooms were well maintained. Additionally, the staff were very polite and helpful.

Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Service & Staff AttitudeI stayed here with my 74-year-old father, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.When we checked in, the lift was not working, and we were told that there was an electricity issue. When we asked about the electricity, the staff assured us not to worry because they had generator backup. However, when we actually needed it, they did not start the generator. Only after an argument did they finally switch it on.The staff’s attitude was extremely poor and unprofessional. They had no proper manners or courtesy while speaking to customers. This is especially unacceptable when guests are travelling with an elderly person.I strongly recommend that the owner/management look into this matter, improve the staff’s behaviour and customer service, and properly maintain all the facilities, including the lift and generator.Overall, a very bad experience. I would not recommend this place.
