The room was not clean, and the bed was too small and uncomfortable.Additionally, breakfast was not available at 7:00 AM, so I had to leave without breakfast even though I had already paid for it as part of my booking. I was unable to use the breakfast service, and the amount is non-refundable.I request you to kindly look into these issues and provide a suitable resolution, as the services provided did not meet my expectation.
