All staff was good and polite, but lady that sits on reception feels she owns the place, actually owner also do not misbehave as such. Lady on desk is in no state of listening anything whether it is beneficial or not. Just she wants to say no to everything. I will just explain this by one of incident from hotel in so many of them that how lady is not in state of listening. I got 1 hr early, i requested early chek in but rooms were not available. As soon as room was made available, i was single, and room was double bed. there was a single bed room but occupied and was about to get vacant. so instead they gave me 2 bed room. so to this i told them , if that room gets empty tell me i will shift to single bed afterwards hence hotel will have 2 bed room available. but no, that lady wants to argue, nai ham nai kar sakte shift and all aapka request nai hopaega, are bhai wo mera request nai tha bas ek aapke lie suggesttion tha . muje agar suite bhi dete to mera hi fayda rehta,
Nice and Cleab
It's not a 3 star hotel. Rooms are dirty smelling bad. No one to carry bags to your room. Also they won't allow zomato and would impose fine of 500 rupees for outside food.Reception lady is kind of rude. For budget stay this is good but not a 3 star hotel for sure.
