Stayed briefly at Ginger Hotel in Nagpur. The hotel is a typical 3-star property, so the rooms met basic expectations. However, the service was lacking. Even though we arrived an hour after the official check-in time, we still waited 15 to 20 minutes for our room, and another guest had been waiting nearly an hour. I also had to carry my own bags to the room despite asking for help. I booked at a discounted rate, so I can't complain about the price, but paying ₹5–6K, the overall stay didn't feel justified. I recommend the hotel improve its staff training, especially at reception, to better reflect the standards expected from the Tata/IHCL brand.

Very average cleaning at hotel and room, washroom was also not cleaned properly, only they put nice smelling room freshener, rest it was not cleaned ..lot's of stain over commode and wash basin...even bedsheet and blanket was stained with oil stain...staff at reception was rude in behaviour on seeing couple not soo smooth check in and check out.
