I booked the hotel seeing the photos, but there was a change in the reality, the rooms were no doubt clean, and the staff is also very helpful, but its not maintained, like the washroom weren't good, the wall hanging was spoiled, the bed wasn't good, also the blanket was old.

Extremely Poor Stay

Very disappointing experience. The room quality was poor, and the service was equally bad. It was a complete waste of money.The TV was not working, the Wi-Fi didn’t work, and there was no lunch or dinner service available despite what was expected. Overall, the stay was far below standard.I would not recommend staying here. It’s better to choose a different place than waste your money on this property.I wanted to give -5 star but can’t allow.

Extremely let down by this stay. The room was subpar and the service matched that level. Money spent felt completely wasted. The TV didn’t function, Wi-Fi was unavailable, and lunch or dinner services were missing despite expectations. Overall, the experience was well beneath what should be acceptable. I wouldn’t suggest staying here; better to pick another option than lose your money on this hotel. I wish I could rate it negative five stars but that’s not possible.
