1) Below average experience 2) No network signal inside the room, even their Wi-Fi doesn't work there 3) Rooms are unclean 4) Urgent pest control needed due to cockroaches in the room 5) Poor service from hotel staff 6) Missing basic amenities 7) Dirty bedsheets, pillows, and pillow covers 8) No proper double bed for couples; they just pushed two single beds together 9) To make a call, you have to go outside 10) Air conditioning is ineffective, no cooling in the room 11) AC is leaking water 12) Dust and various trash under the bed and inside the room, no cleaning done 13) Room is not worth the money paid

I canceled right after I checked in because the room, bathroom, and especially the bed linens were dirty and covered with hair. It was really gross. Stay away no matter what.
