Unprofessional and misleading

Highly unprofessional and misleading hotel. I specifically booked an AC room through the app, but at check-in they refused to provide it. Instead, they demanded an extra *** saying AC rooms are only given if you book directly with them. They even said “next time come directly and pay *** if you want AC,” which clearly shows they are deliberately misusing online bookings.This is nothing but a scam—showing AC rooms online and then forcing customers to pay extra at the hotel.On top of that, the room was in terrible condition—dirty, poorly maintained, and with a bad smell. Not even basic amenities like drinking water were provided.The only positive is the location. Apart from that, everything else is completely unacceptable. Avoid this place if you don’t want to be cheated.
