We opted the hotels as it's restaurants is very well known in Nagpur but did not realised that staying is different than dining in the restaurant. WIFI was very bad it would not work with Team's meeting did raised with the IT team & could not get much help as mine was company laptop with firewall installed. Aircon was ineffective we all woke up in the middle of night at around 3:00 AM & we complained which was attended promptly by the technician who ended up cleaning the filter of Aircon at 3:30 AM to make it work effectively. Hence sleep was disturbed on the very first night after long travel. We got the room change in the morning. Staff was prompt & quick to act on but they had limitation what they could achieve with the existing infrastructure. If it was not for the location & the inhouse restaurant's would not prefer it again.

The staff kept giving excuses and housekeeping staff came for cleaning and said stains are old and can’t be cleaned.Though I was busy with my work so had to let go and while checking out I raised it again as a feedback.

Also, I had this 2nd thought that what if its and old hotel and not well maintained, its going to be a disaster. And thats exactly what happened. Shabby rooms, old linen..too much furniture in a big room, so much that the walking space is so less. And top of it we had an extra bed which made it impossible to walk around and not get hit by the iron bed. The bathroom was the size of an regular bedroom with a useless bath tub which no one uses (atleast we didnt) and because of the large tub, the shower cubical was so small that you cant move in there at all and if you did...you will be hit by the wall or the glass cubical. Once you close the shower cubical, there is a space at the bottom from where the water can escape. And there you go, after your shower, when you get out of the shower cubical, you are welcomed in a pool of water outside. the first room we got, we were not able to close the bathroom sliding door as it was somehow stuck. When the management came to correct it and tried closing it, the door wheel just came off and fell. So they gave us another room which had a regular door and was easy to close. Above all, food (breakfast) was bad. We ordered 1 coffee and 1 tea in the evening and it costed me Rs590...ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!All in all a pathetic experience. Now I am starting to doubt AGODA too for recommending this hotel!!
