Treebo Hotel A1

Rooms are very beautiful and clean. The toilets are also clean. Service is good.

The overall experience was average. I stayed at Treebo Hotel A1 for two days. The room cleanliness was poor, with cockroaches present. The exhaust fan was broken, and the flush guns/faucets were not functioning properly. The air-conditioner was also not working well. On the positive side, the exhaust fan was replaced the next day, and the front desk staff member, Mr. Kavishwar, communicated clearly and assured that the issues would be fixed. However, the rooms still require significant improvements.

Our experience was very distressing. When we arrived at the hotel at 1 am on 14/6/2026, they told us there was no room available. We were with family, including two women and elderly parents over 50. They just told us to contact Treebo customer care and refused to provide a room. After a lot of commotion, they agreed to give us a room that Treebo had not acknowledged, but the AC was not working, it was unclean, and it was located on the terrace. The manager was terrible. However, the night receptionist was very helpful and did his best.

By mistake, I selected 1 guest instead of 2 while making the booking. Upon arrival, the receptionist asked me to pay an additional ’800 for the second guest, even though the total room booking cost was only ’1,947. Fortunately, I checked the app and modified the guest count myself, for which I was charged only ’65. The receptionist could have suggested updating the booking through the app instead of demanding an additional payment. Asking for ’800, which is almost 41% of the total booking amount, was unreasonable and misleading. Such unprofessional and poorly trained staff can damage the reputation of an otherwise good hotel. I hope the management takes note of this and provides better training to its front-desk team.
