Poor Hotel Experience

The Brijinn, Nagpur is a total disappointment. Rooms are tiny and suffocating and have to share with cockroaches ’ not fit for corporate travelers. Charging ’2,500 per night for such poor quality is unacceptable. Breakfast is pathetic with hardly any options, and the manager is useless and unresponsive. Staff care more about saving money than serving guests. Plenty of better hotels nearby ’ avoid this one completely.

Disappointing Hotel Experience

My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The price charged does not match the quality of the facilities provided. There was no hair dryer in the room, and even after requesting one, it was not provided. The staff was also unresponsive and not courteous in their communication.Additionally, before booking, I had requested a late check-out by one hour, and the booking staff had agreed. However, this information was not passed on to the next shift, and I received a call asking me to check out at the regular time. This lack of coordination and professionalism made the stay frustrating.Overall, the service was poor and not worth the price paid. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless they make serious improvements in hospitality and communication.
