Very Bad service they did not even offer water.when asked about the same the owner said we can’t offer water.

Beware of This Hotel if You Care About Basic Human DecencyMy father’s stay at this place was shocking. The staff showed no concern for a senior citizen who was unwell. Their attitude was rude, uncaring and completely unprofessional. The owner behaved no better and showed the same lack of basic humanity.I live in the United States and have travelled to eight countries. I have stayed in simple budget hotels and luxury hotels, yet I have never seen such behaviour anywhere. Even the smallest properties abroad treat guests with more respect than this place.The pictures shown on Agoda and Booking sites are misleading. The rooms look nothing like the photos and this reflects a clear lack of honesty.The worst part was that they refused to let me meet my sick father in his room. I was told to meet him only in a meeting area which was completely unreasonable and heartless. Because of this, I checked him out immediately and took him somewhere that actually understands hospitality.This section is my response after the owner replied to my review: Their reply only proves everything I experienced. Instead of addressing issues, the owner created false stories and made personal comments. Many reviewers on Google have already mentioned the same rude behaviour, so nothing more needs to be proved. Their own words show exactly how they treat guests.This place has zero empathy and zero professionalism. I strongly advise people to avoid it if they value respect and basic decency. My father deserved far better than what he received here.

I recently stayed at HOTEL KK RESIDENCY / KK SERVICE APARTMENTS, and it was an extremely unpleasant experience from start to finish. Despite charging exorbitant prices, the hotel failed to provide even the most basic services.Zero assistance with luggage ’ no staff offered help during check-in or check-out.The manager was rude and unprofessional, showing no interest in addressing any complaints.No tea, no coffee, no breakfast, despite all being expected or implied in the booking like room charges includes breakfast.TV was non-functional, and the AC barely worked, making it very uncomfortable.Bathroom had no exhaust fan, leading to poor ventilation.Worst of all, during a power cut, we were told no one was available to start the generator ’ leaving guests in the dark and heat with no resolution.It’s clear that the hotel is focused on policies designed to make money rather than provide a comfortable or pleasant stay for guests. They cut corners everywhere and then act like they're doing you a favor by just letting you stay.Save your time, money, and peace of mind ’ look elsewhere for accommodation.Strongly advise avoiding this place.

We stayed at kk for one night. It was a good experience for us. Owner and other staff helped a lot for parking and other things.The only problem was they don’t provide water bottels with room.

I recently visited K K Hotel, and it was a terrible experience. The service was extremely poor and unprofessional. The staff was inattentive and seemed uninterested in helping guests.What made things worse was the behavior of the manager. He was rude, arrogant, and completely disrespectful. He clearly has no idea how to talk to customers or handle situations politely. His attitude was offensive and completely unacceptable.I strongly do not recommend K K Hotel to anyone. It was a complete waste of time and money. I will never visit this place again and urge others to avoid it as well.
