The staff are so rude , they don’t respect their guest , especially their receptionist Pramod
There’s no staff there’s no any other facilities,i complained but no answer from anywhere,they didn’t provide shower towel,soap etc
I am extremely disappointed with my stay. The room provided was completely unacceptable and far below the standard advertised. We booked the room for 2 days, but throughout our stay there was no working AC and zero ventilation. We were forced to change three rooms in the middle of the night, yet none of the rooms had a functioning AC.The issues we faced include:1.Broken bed.2.No furniture as shown in the booking images.3.Dirty and stained bedsheets.4.Unhygienic washroom.5.None of the jet sprays were working.6.Broken toilet flush in all three rooms.7.No water supply at various times.8.Bed bugs and cockroaches in the room.9.No room had a working air conditioner.10. Broken electrical plugs that gave electric shocks, posing a serious safety hazard.This experience was extremely stressful, uncomfortable, and unsafe. The property is misrepresented online and does not provide even the basic facilities promised. I request an appropriate action regarding this property to prevent other guests from facing the same issues.But I know this review will not make it online due to this scammers scamming people.
