Hotel has wired type of smell, We stayed for a night and quality of everything is sub-standard.

The hotel administration seems primarily focused on corporate bookings, where guests, especially bachelors, may not pay much attention to the quality of facilities. This was evident from the overall experience, even noticing small things like a bottle opener fixed to the wall.I had booked a deluxe room for a family of three, including a child, and paid extra for an additional bed. Surprisingly, instead of a proper bed, an old, used mattress was provided and placed directly on the floor. The mattress was in very poor condition, with springs sticking out, making it extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. When I complained about this, the staff responded rudely, saying, “Yahi milega”. Later, they provided another mattress, which was slightly better but still not acceptable.There were also maintenance issues in the room. The washbasin drainage was clogged, though it was eventually fixed after a complaint. Later, I noticed that the tap was not properly installed and water was leaking. Overall, it felt like everything was managed using temporary fixes, a typical “jugaad” approach of “bas kaam chalna chahiye.”The breakfast, which was included in the package, was very disappointing. Although there were multiple items available, none of them tasted good. It seemed like breakfast was offered just for the sake of it, without any focus on quality.Another major issue was the lack of natural light. There was no proper window or balcony, and the area behind the hotel appeared to be a drainage (“nala”), which was completely covered with curtains.Overall, it was a very poor experience and not suitable for families.

The rooms are super spacious and fancy, with a great location and good service. The staff are really supportive too.My only letdown is that the standard rooms were cramped and small. Maybe the suites are bigger.

Decent and clean rooms for the price, best location if you want to be close to the airport. The Mocha cafe/restaurant on the rooftop is good. However we had a bad check in experience. The receptionist was rude. We were travelling with family and yet had to literally prove to them that the lady with me is my wife. Had to show marriage certificate or a passport certifying that we are married. This is the first hotel where we had experienced something like this. We didn’t have a problem with showing the documents it was insulting the way they ask for it. They need to have better training while talking to customers.
