Our entire broadcasting team of about 40 members had a fantastic experience at The Travotel Suits Nagpur. We want to sincerely thank the whole staff at The Travotel Suits for making our stay so comfortable and unforgettable. The rooms were tidy, roomy, and well-kept, and every service was provided with professionalism and friendly smiles. We especially appreciate General Manager Mr. Pawan ji for his outstanding kindness, hospitality, and personal care for each member of our group. His leadership and warmth made us feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. We truly value the commitment of all the hotel staff. Thanks for making our visit so enjoyable. We eagerly anticipate returning and will gladly recommend The Travotel Suits to others.

Great hotel situated conveniently close to the airport and MIHAN. The rooms were tidy and cozy. The food offered was tasty and had a good selection. The staff were welcoming and consistently willing to assist.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this property. Considering the premium price charged, the facilities and services provided were nowhere close to what was promised. The reality of the hotel is completely different from the photographs displayed on booking websites, which I find highly misleading.While the food available at an additional cost tasted acceptable, the pizza served during dinner caused severe stomach discomfort and I suffered from a stomach ache throughout the night. I seriously question the quality and freshness of the ingredients being used.The complimentary buffet breakfast was even more disappointing. The food was soggy, poorly prepared, and largely inedible. It felt as though the breakfast was offered merely as a formality because it was complimentary, with no concern for quality or guest experience.For the amount charged, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, food quality, and overall hospitality. Instead, the experience felt like paying premium rates for budget-level services.I strongly urge the management to stop misrepresenting the property through edited photographs and exaggerated descriptions. Customers trust the information provided online when making bookings, and the gap between expectation and reality at this hotel is unacceptable.I genuinely regret choosing to stay here and would only consider this property again if there were absolutely no other options available in Nagpur. Please treat this as serious feedback and take immediate corrective action to improve both the quality of service and transparency offered to guests.
