The Travotel Suites - Your Smart Stay Near Nagpur Airport and Mihan with Spacious Rooms and Rooftop

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this property. Considering the premium price charged, the facilities and services provided were nowhere close to what was promised. The reality of the hotel is completely different from the photographs displayed on booking websites, which I find highly misleading.While the food available at an additional cost tasted acceptable, the pizza served during dinner caused severe stomach discomfort and I suffered from a stomach ache throughout the night. I seriously question the quality and freshness of the ingredients being used.The complimentary buffet breakfast was even more disappointing. The food was soggy, poorly prepared, and largely inedible. It felt as though the breakfast was offered merely as a formality because it was complimentary, with no concern for quality or guest experience.For the amount charged, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, food quality, and overall hospitality. Instead, the experience felt like paying premium rates for budget-level services.I strongly urge the management to stop misrepresenting the property through edited photographs and exaggerated descriptions. Customers trust the information provided online when making bookings, and the gap between expectation and reality at this hotel is unacceptable.I genuinely regret choosing to stay here and would only consider this property again if there were absolutely no other options available in Nagpur. Please treat this as serious feedback and take immediate corrective action to improve both the quality of service and transparency offered to guests.

I had a really great experience at Travotel Suites. The location is very convenient, easy to access, and the surrounding area is clean and peaceful.The service was excellent’staff members were polite, professional, and always ready to help with any request. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, making the stay truly relaxing.Overall, everything was perfect’the location, service, and rooms were all top-notch. I would definitely recommend Travotel Suites to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay, and I would love to visit again in the future.

The hotel administration seems primarily focused on corporate bookings, where guests, especially bachelors, may not pay much attention to the quality of facilities. This was evident from the overall experience, even noticing small things like a bottle opener fixed to the wall.I had booked a deluxe room for a family of three, including a child, and paid extra for an additional bed. Surprisingly, instead of a proper bed, an old, used mattress was provided and placed directly on the floor. The mattress was in very poor condition, with springs sticking out, making it extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. When I complained about this, the staff responded rudely, saying, “Yahi milega”. Later, they provided another mattress, which was slightly better but still not acceptable.There were also maintenance issues in the room. The washbasin drainage was clogged, though it was eventually fixed after a complaint. Later, I noticed that the tap was not properly installed and water was leaking. Overall, it felt like everything was managed using temporary fixes, a typical “jugaad” approach of “bas kaam chalna chahiye.”The breakfast, which was included in the package, was very disappointing. Although there were multiple items available, none of them tasted good. It seemed like breakfast was offered just for the sake of it, without any focus on quality.Another major issue was the lack of natural light. There was no proper window or balcony, and the area behind the hotel appeared to be a drainage (“nala”), which was completely covered with curtains.Overall, it was a very poor experience and not suitable for families.
