My experience at this hotel was wonderful. Cleanliness is taken care of here and all the staff are good, especially the uncle at their reception is very sweet and humble. Their food is also very tasty, especially chicken curry. Market, railway station, metro station, mall are all nearby from here. Thanks to all the Hotel Nidhivan team.
Unfortunately, my recent stay at this hotel was a very disappointing experience. The only positive thing was the location.The room was stinky and unpleasant, and the overall cleanliness and basic facilities were below expectations. There was no restaurant, and even basic toilet/bathroom accessories were not provided. Considering the price, the stay was definitely not value for money.Overall, I would not recommend this hotel unless the management makes significant improvements to cleanliness, facilities, and guest services.
