Sai Guest House

Worst stay at guest house. I can't recommend it at all. They say breakfast is included, but they don't serve it. AC and TV not working. Poor hygiene, room full of mosquitoes. Confirm your booking by phone because they told us on arrival there was no booking. After waiting for 1 hour, we got our rooms at 11 PM. There was confusion about available rooms and arguments. The lady at the entrance was rude, kept asking us to check out at 12 PM, and wouldn't let us go to our rooms after 3 days. She even wouldn't let us go for a nature break. She didn't care about her Google reviews and told us to write wherever we want. Very disappointing.

The hotel, unfortunately, fell short of expectations. Sanitation standards were not to the desired level, and the staff's conduct left much to be desired. Additionally, the amenities advertised were not readily available, resulting in a sense of disappointment and feeling shortchanged. While I understand limitations can exist, the overall experience did not justify the cost incurred.

My recent stay at hotel was unfortunately quite disappointing. While the website depicted enticing amenities, upon arrival, it became evident that many of these advertised features were unavailable. This discrepancy, coupled with the demonstrably unwelcoming behavior of the management, led to a sense of dissatisfaction and regret regarding the value received for the expense incurred. Overall, my experience at this establishment was markedly negative.

The hotel did not meet my expectations. Cleanliness was not good, and staff behavior was not great. Also, the amenities they promised were not available, which made me feel disappointed and cheated. I get that there can be issues, but the whole experience was not worth the money I spent.
