Hotel Heritage 2001, Nagpur

Pathetic condition, not worth staying, amenities are similar to any local cheap lodges. No proper ventilation in washrooms.Bathroom Fittings are cracked and leaking.Even while staying on 4th floor, loud music you can hear in the room.No proper hot water facility. Plaster/ paint were peeled off from various locations in the room.No proper housekeeping, bedding were in shabby condition.Cockroaches in room.Lift only 2 or max 3 person can use if not carrying luggage.Food is also not up to the mark.

The service was okay, food not being covered when served in the room and the room being a bit shabby and old.

I have booked the banquet hall for a Birthday party at Heritage hotel and I really had an awesome experience. As the service and food was superb and though I had finalised everything at the very last moment. Specially starters were also ample as it was available and served till the last moment of the function. I would appreciate the efforts took by the whole team specially Mr. Jeetendra Bharti with whom I have co ordinated and finalised everything at the very last moment.

This property is excellent, value for money. The staff particularly, GM Mr. James was helpful, very co-operative and very courteous. The food is Par Excellence.A little bit of renovation is required, like non-skid Tilling in the Bathrooms, which is required for Senior Citizens who tend to slip easily.Otherwise the Property's location is very, very good & the management is Super.

Food is not tasty kind of banquet type, ambience is good. And it's important Staff needs grooming they are good but you need to be very good to tune them into that way no mood swings allowed.
