Rooms are decent but lack hygiene. Breakfast is not good. rats in breakfast area.Rooms are not worth the cost per night they are charging

It was good earlier ’ we used to visit there every month. But yesterday, when my partner went to book a room, they said no rooms were available. And when I called them, they said rooms would be available in 30 minutes. What is this, bro? Gender partiality? Why?When I went to the reception, me and my partner pretended that we didn’t know each other. The reception guy was ready to give me a room. I had almost completed 90% of the process. He said, ’Within 10 minutes you can get the room; it’s just being cleaned.’But when my partner went to the reception for payment, they took almost 50 minutes to allocate the room. Why this behaviour? Why this partiality?

There's a flight of staircase at the ENTRANCE itself. And these people call themselves as wheelchair accessible hotel. Absolutely rubbish

Very untidy rooms, room size was not as shown in the picture. The food was expensive then the market. It was not upto the mark. For 40/- soft drink we were charged 100/-. Dinning hall was also very dirty.

The place has been built very well with all amenities and has a great location. However with time this property has been very poorly maintained - cleanliness is terrible and the basic maintenance activity has been overlooked. Apart from the parking, reception and hallway areas, the hotel looks like an unkept building to guests from inside. Lobby lift has dirty door thresholds as well as inner aluminum door panels have finger marks all over. A good initial investment was clearly made at a good location near the airport, but poor upkeep and maintenance is ruining it. This place has an excellent scope if there is right supervision and focus on cleanliness and housekeeping. E.g., we checked in and pillow covers had not been changed from previous stay - they were visibly dirty. Bathroom floor was dirty and sandy, and so was the wooden closet. No kettle in the room, and when it came it arrived dirty and unkept. There were rats in the dining hall and small cockroaches roamed the room in the night.On the other hand, lighting is excellent throughout and CCTV coverage in public areas is good. Staff was courteous.Overall, a hotel with great potential if basics are taken care of, but unfit for returning in the near future.
