Hotel ReviewVery disappointing experience. The room was not clean, landline were not working, no drinking water was provided, and the door lock was damaged. I informed the hotel staff, but they did not provide proper assistance or a satisfactory solution. Basic cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards were not met. I would not recommend this hotel.Agoda ReviewDisappointed with Agoda’s support as well. I reported the room issues to Agoda, but instead of resolving the matter, I was repeatedly asked to contact the property, even though I had already done so. I expected Agoda to take responsibility and provide proper assistance, such as a room replacement or refund. The overall experience with both the hotel and Agoda was very disappointing.
Worst ,no one should stay there
I was quite let down by my stay. I paid ₹2,600, but the room was tiny and unhygienic, with stained mattresses and generally uncomfortable conditions. The staff were rude and uncooperative. The experience was so poor that I chose to leave and find another hotel. I really didn't expect this after spending ₹2,600. It was definitely not worth the price.
