ROYAL CLIFF HOTEL & RESORTS

This hotel charges very high prices. The rooms are not up to standard. Only stay here if the rates are under Rs 2500/-. I was overcharged Rs 5,500/- plus taxes for 3 people, even though they offer extra bedding for Rs 750/-. This place is more like a marriage boutique than a proper hotel. Stay here at your own risk.

अद्भुत

I booked a room (203) at Royal Cliff Hotel through MakeMyTrip for three days, but my experience was very disappointing, especially with the Bawarchi Restaurant. During my stay, I encountered several problems: water storage and drainage issues in the bathroom, mosquitoes in both the room and restaurant, rude behavior from the restaurant manager and staff, and poor food quality that affected my health. On the first day, I ordered a Veg Thali which was overly spicy and heavy on masala, causing acidity and health issues. Despite informing the hotel reception, no action was taken. Later, I ordered Veg Fried Rice Schezwan, which was also too spicy to eat. When I asked the restaurant manager for a replacement or assistance, he refused, so I returned the food. With no nearby dining options, I had to skip dinner that night. Mr. Sagar Joshi later told me I didn’t need to pay for that order, but at checkout, the reception insisted I pay Rs. 314. Even after explaining, they demanded payment. Overall, the hotel’s maintenance, restaurant staff behavior, and food quality were unacceptable. I urge the support team to address these issues and provide compensation or a refund for the inconvenience. This experience has left me very disappointed, and I am unlikely to book hotels again or recommend this one to others.

Our family had a fantastic weekend stay at Royal Cliff Hotel. The wonderful weather made the experience even better. The rooms were tidy and cozy, overlooking lovely gardens and greenery. Every meal was tasty, and the staff ensured we were well looked after. It's peaceful, picturesque, and great for families. A perfect spot to relax over the weekend. Strongly recommended!

The hospitality felt cold and uninviting. We found the hotel rooms at a lower price online, but when we wanted to check the rooms first, the prices were suddenly raised sharply within 5 minutes. It seemed like the online prices were increased just because we were getting the rooms at a relatively cheap rate.
